TECNOMETAL s.r.l. is a company specialized in the construction of equipment for tank-trucks transporting dangerous goods class 3 ADR.

On request of our customers,we design and manufacture customized  light alloy castings , we do  precision machining   and testing.

We have more than 70 years of experience in this field: at the beginning with the name "Stampofusione", since 1967  as "Tecnometal".
Our philosophy is to take care of and develop all the evolutive phases concerning our products:

DESIGN
We design our own equipments using 3 Dimensional modeller and prototyping machine.

MOLDS MANUFACTURING
We realize the casting molds with our CNC machines and CAD/CAM technologie

CASTING
We are specialized in light alloys castings (every type of aluminium, brass and bronze) and we can use all the different casting techniques with our robotized and hydraulically actuated machines: gravity casting, die (pressure) casting, sand casting.
We can do tempering and  anodizing treatments

MACHINING
We have top quality Numeric Control machines to ensure the best quality of our products

ASSEMBLING and TESTING
100% of our products is accurately tested before to be commercialised.
We do all kind of tests required by the normatives and by our internal quality requirements: operability test, high/low pressure test , tightness test, high/low temperatures test, endurance test, strength test, etc.

TRADING
We have a complete stock of products to ensure quick delivery times and spare parts always available.

Tecnometal supplies to all the main constructors of tank-trucks in Italy  and exports all over Europe and extraEurope.

Our products are tested and certified according to the european normative CEN/TC of ADR for transport of dangerous goods by international institutes like TUV and Bureau Veritas.

Tecnometal is located in Belforte M.to in a strategic position in North West of Italy, near Milano, Torino and Genova, just at the exit Ovada of the highway A26.
